Fish !

Fish contains fat commonly known as OMEGA 3, researchers suggest that omega 3 reduce the risk of blood clotting or sticking to artery walls, a condition that could result in cardiovascular disease (CVD), heart attact and storke. (international food information council)

so my friends, we have to eat fish more coz its gud for our health InshAllah :)
